This month we were invited to Linyi in China. One of the companies we meet during our whirlwind visit was the Shandong Xianghong Electronic Technology Co, who specialise in commercial drone manufacturing.
They build intelligent UAV systems for the military, police, civilian and other industries to provide industrial-grade UAV customisation, integration services and project support.
The team is lead by an ex NASA technician whose depth of knowledge in the field is astounding.
The team are currently working on cost effective agricultural drones capable of covering large areas whilst being able to avoid those pesky obstacles such as power lines and trees.
